Make-up trucks are mobile vehicles specially designed to incorporate essential hair and beauty equipment, make-up areas and plentiful wardrobe space, used by cast and crew in T.V. and film industry, ideal for remote locations, typically where these services are unavailable, offering comfort and convenience.
This make-up costume truck has two permanent  make-up positions, one temporary make-up position, back wash sink, eight metres of full length hanging rails, washing machine and tumble dryer, clothes steamer, air conditioning and heating etc.

  • £395 for 10 hours base to base (Mon-Sat)

  • £495 Sunday/bank holidays

  • +£150 night shoot (00:30-04:00)

  • £60 per hour overtime

  • £1:60 per mile

  • £10 per hour generator

Cast members require regular make-up alterations and quick fixes to maintain that professional look whilst filming. A make-up truck, ergonomically designed for efficiency and comfort, can accommodate the busiest of production teams during filming.
 
Make-up trucks are secure and provide privacy, hot and cold running water, electricity, air conditioning, heat and light.
 
Ample 240VAC sockets provide power for hairdryers, straighteners, and hair curlers. USB sockets are plentiful to charge laptops, mobile phones and other devices. 
 
Hairdressing backwash sinks for hair washing are fitted as standard. The spacious surround allows all your favourite shampoos and conditioners to be conveniently displayed.
 
Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes steamer so that cast and crew can feel clean and fresh all day long.
 
Make-up trucks benefit from plentiful storage space, including drawers, cupboards and an impressive eight-metre length full height hanging rail for those long dresses.
 
Bright illuminated mirrors ensure cast members look fantastic before stepping out in front of the cameras.
 
Large workstation areas for sewing machines allow immediate costume alteration on location.
